You might look forward to them and at the same time dread them.

Maybe someone you love won't be there. Maybe family relationships have changed, or life simply isn't how you imagined it would be.

The holidays can stir up feelings we've kept a tight lid on.

You might be thinking, “I feel all the time. That's not the problem.”

That's what I thought too. But I've come to recognize how often I resist feelings that are uncomfortable. Sometimes I push down sadness or anger without even realizing I'm doing it.

Maybe it's worry or fear for you.

Have you ever tried to feel your feelings without the story?

Imagine this holiday feeling more at peace and more present than you have in a long time. You've learned how to give yourself space, even in a crowded room. You begin to notice small blessings. And you find contentment in the singular moment without anything needing to be perfect.

Can you feel at peace when you don't have what you want? I think yes.

But it takes slowing down, turning inward and being still beforehand so you can hear what your body and your soul are telling you.

I'd like to invite you to join me and a group of women for a 90-minute experiential workshop to learn how to do this.

It's a pause before the holidays.

You'll get a chance to:

  • listen to your body
  • recognize what you might be feeling
  • feel your feelings without the story

I combine guided meditations with gentle breathwork and a light-touch healing practice called Jin Shin Jyutsu, a Japanese healing art that helps balance the body's energy and promote relaxation.

The practices you'll learn are subtle. You can do them anywhere at any time, and no one needs to know what you're doing.

All that’s needed is your presence. You won’t be expected to talk or share. No experience needed.

You'll leave with simple practices for the moments that matter:

  • when you wake up on Thanksgiving morning to a rush of emotions
  • when you get triggered

What's included

  • A 90-minute live workshop on Zoom
  • A suggested practice each day before Thanksgiving, and one on Thanksgiving morning
  • The recording, available through December 15

About Me

My name is Suzanne. I'm a yoga and meditation teacher and a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner.

I've helped over 150 women connect more deeply with themselves and learn to recognize what they truly want and to feel their feelings. Through breathwork, meditation, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and mindset work, I teach how to ease discomfort and connect to more joy.

I'm also an adjunct professor teaching Yoga for Stress Management at a college in New Jersey.

When we stop resisting what we're feeling, we have much more capacity to experience not only each moment of the holidays but of our lives.

This holiday season, give yourself a different kind of gift.
